Front wheel drive, all wheel drive and vehicles that run IRS (Independent Rear Suspension) use Constant Velocity (CV) Joints that are prone to wear due to the angles and continuous power that the joints endure .

The outer cv joint will begin to make a clicking sound when turning a corner when it is worn. If there is a clicking noise when turning left this indicates that the right hand (drivers side) outer joint is worn and vice versa.

If your car is vibrating under acceleration it would point to your inner joint or joints being worn.
